Signature Package

•    Up to 60 hours of planning/coordinating
•    Organization of Master Plan and checklist for Ceremony
•    All Services from Ceremony Bluprint, Reception Blueprint, and Day of Service.
•    Coordination of Ceremony/Reception/Event Details
•    Hotel Accommodations assistance.
•    Invitation selection assistance.
•    Dress/Tux assistance.
•    Rehearsal dinner organization assistance.
•    Finalization meeting 2 weeks before the wedding.

Ceremony Package
•    Up to 20 hours of planning/coordinating
•    Organization of Master Plan and checklists for ceremony.
•    Ceremony Location Search/Advice
•    Confirmation phone calls to all event professionals
•    Coordination with venue and site managers
•    Ensure that all event professionals are paid in time frame requested by professional
•    Vendor Search and Finalization
•    Other Ceremony Requests
•    Finalization meeting 2 weeks before the wedding.

Reception Package
•    Up to 20 hours of planning/coordinating
•    Organization of Master Plan and checklists for reception.
•    Reception Location Search/Advice
•    Confirmation phone calls to all event professionals
•    Coordination with venue and site managers
•    Ensure that all event professionals are paid in time frame requested by professional
•    Reception Entertainment Search
•    Centerpieces/Décor Search
•    Other Reception Requests
•    Finalization meeting 2 weeks before the wedding.

Signature Day of Service Package
•    Confirmation phone calls to all event professionals
•    Coordination with venue and site managers
•    Attending and coordinating pre-function activities (ie: rehearsal)
•    Distributing a timeline of events to client and event professionals by request.
•    Being on hand the Day of Event to coordinate all activities.
•    Ensure that all event professionals are paid in time frame requested by professional.
•    Handling any issues that may arise.
•    Transportation of decorations, any and all rentals or items purchased from Milestones.
•    Event Emergency Kit preparedness.
•    Final check of venue (day of).
•    Additional responsibilities TBD by bride and groom request.
•    Finalization meeting 2 weeks before the wedding.

Hourly Planning Services

•    Can be added to any planning package should additional planning hours be necessary.
•    Can be purchased separately if there is a portion of your wedding that you need assistance with that does not fit into the above categories.
