<p>
 When we run into some sort of personal troubles in our lives, we often feel the need to consult some kind of self help book. We feel like we alone do not have enough information to take on our life&#8217;s challenges ourselves. We trust our futures to some famous person with a PHD in Psycology. We hope that they know better than us.
</p>
<p>
 Having read a wide variety of self help books, I have realized that no one answer can work for everyone. Our lives and our personalities are so different. So much depends on emotions and circumstances. Also, many of these experts write very wordy books and fail to really get to the point. They often contradict their own statements as well. Sometimes real life experience is the best teacher. Although many people would do almost anything to avoid getting hurt and making their own mistakes.
</p>
<p>
 In my opinion, mistakes and pain are a part of life. These things cannot be avoided. The world is not perfect and it is not realistic t expect that our lives will be perfect either. No amount of behavioral rules and PHDs will make your life error free and perfect in every way. Although it is great to dream about all that wonderful success you might have one day just by reading some book, real life tends to provide you with a much needed wake up call at some point. I think we all need that sometimes.
</p>
<p>
 In the end, we all know what makes us happy. We all know what to aim for. I guess we may not always get what we want, but having enough love for ourselves will always help us get there. Before we can get what we want in life we must feel worthy of success. We must genuinly be committed to getting our way. We must have the right mind set and keep moving forward despite any setbacks that may get in our way.
</p>

<p><strong></strong></p>
<p>It is a fact that nobody likes to have debt, but it is also a fact that many if not all of us do have some debt.  When it gets to the point where it stresses you out and it becomes overwhelming, you need to take action to get yourself back on track.</p>
<p>The best place to turn is to consumer credit counseling. Most consumer credit counseling agencies are non profit, and they are there to help you.  They will work with your creditors and help you get back on track.  Often times they will consolidate your debt into one monthly payment at the fraction of the price.</p>
<p>This will allow you to pay off your debt faster and get back on track with your credit.  It won’t happen overnight, but it is the first step to getting you back on the right track.  It is a lot easier to remember one payment on time, than several others.</p>
<p>You will first need to collect statements and bills to everything you owe.  Take a look at home much debt you actually have.  It may be something you can manage yourself, or you may need the help of a consumer credit counseling agency. </p>
<p>A consumer credit counseling agency will work with your lenders representing you.  They will try to work out a deal with your lenders to try and get you back on the right track.  You have to remember that it is going to take some time, and you will not see results overnight.</p>
<p>They will also help you get back on the right track for the future.  They can help you create a budget so that you know where your money is going.  They will help you plan for unexpected bills and emergency situations.  What you have to remember is that they are there to help you.</p>
<p>It can be a very stressful time in your life when you are in debt, but you need to know that there are options available to you when you are in need.  You need to take the first step of action and get help before you are overwhelmed in debt and do not know where to turn.  It could be a hard battle, but you can overcome your debt.</p>

<p>
 Shaw Capital Management and Financing tips on Why a Business Asset Based Loan Financing Is the Perfect Solution for Cash Flow in Canada
</p>
<p>
 Shaw Capital Management and Financing provide same-day-funding. We can help you meet your cash flow needs immediately without entering into a long term factoring relationship. The money you get for the freight bills we purchase is payment in full. You are a Canadian business owner and financial manager looking for info and guidance on a business asset based loan. What is asset based loan financing, sometimes called cash flow factoring &#8211; how does it work, and why could it be the best solution for your firm&#8217;s working capital challenges.
</p>
<p>
 Let&#8217;s cover off the basics and find out how you can benefit form this relatively speaking new form of asset financing in Canada.
</p>
<p>
 A good start is to always understand and cover off some basics around what this type of financing is. Simply speaking the facility is a loan arrangement that is drawn down and repaid regularly based on your receivables, inventory, and, if required, equipment and real estate should your firm possess those assets also.
</p>
<p>
 By collateralizing your assets you in effect create an ongoing borrowing base for all your assets &#8211; this feasibility then fluctuate on a daily basis based on invoices you generate, inventory you move, and cash you collect from customers. When you need more working capital you simply draw down on initial funds as covered under your asset base.
</p>
<p>
 Your probably can already see the advantage, which is simply that if you have assets you have cash. Your receivables and inventory, as they grow, in effect provide you with unlimited financing.
</p>
<p>
 Unlike a Canadian chartered bank financing your business asset based loan financing in effect has no cap. The alternative facility for this type of working capital financing is of course a Canadian chartered bank line of credit &#8211; that facility always comes with a cap and stringent requirements re your balance sheet and income statement quality and ratios, as well as performance covenants and personal guarantees and outside collateral. So there is a big difference in the non bank financing we have table for your consideration.
</p>
<p>
 Your asset based lender works with you to manage the facility &#8211; and you are required to regularly report on your levels of A/R and inventory, which are the prime underpinnings of the financing.
</p>
<p>
 Smaller firms use a particular subset of this financing, often called factoring or cash flow factoring. This specific type of financing is less transparent to your customers, as the cash flow factor might insist on verifying your invoices with customers, etc. A true asset based loan financing is usually transparent to your customers, which is the way you want it to be &#8211; You bill and collect our own invoices.
</p>
<p>
 If our facility provides you with unlimited working capital then why have you potentially not heard of it and why aren&#8217;t your competitors using it. Our clients always can be forgiven for asking that question. The reality is that in the U.S. this type of financing is a multi billion dollar industry; it has gained traction in Canada, even more so after the financial meltdown of 2008. Some of Canada&#8217;s largest corporations use the financing. And if your firm has working capital assets anywhere from 250k and up you are a candidate. Larger facilities are of course in the many millions of dollars.
</p>
<p>
 The Canadian asset based financing market is very fragmented and has a combo of U.S., international and Canadian asset finance lenders. They have varying appetites for deal size, how the facility works on a daily basis, and pricing, which can be competitive to banks or significantly higher.
</p>
<p>
 Speak to a trusted, credible and experienced business financing advisor and determine if the advantages of business asset based loan financing work for your firm. They have the potential of accelerating cash flow, giving you cash all the time when you need it ( assuming you have assets ) and essentially liquefying and monetizing your current assets to provide constant cash flow, and that&#8217;s what its all about. <p>
</p>
<p>
 Many people have many ideas and concepts on what an economic recession actually is. To many people, an economic crisis is when there is a shortage of credit or it is an economic crisis when the stock market crashes or when a country goes into severe debt. All these are actually outcomes of a recession and not causes of a recession.
</p>
<p>
 Economists define an economic recession as a period of time where there is reduced economic activity. It is referred to as the ‘recessionary phase of the economy’. What it basically means is that there is reduced production and consumption at this point of time.
</p>
<p>
 We all know what the outcomes of a recession are. There is much lesser commercial activity, people lose jobs, and there is a shortage of credit, the stock market crashes, countries go into debt and a lot more.
</p>
<p>
 In any country, there are 2 very important attributes. One is the economic capability and the other is the military capability. Both of these are essential for the prosperity of a country. Both of these attributes are interdependent. For a good economy, you need to secure it with astrong military and in order to sustain a strong military you need to have a good economy. Needless to say, that any problems in the economy will directly or indirectly affect the military
</p>
<p>
 .</p>
</p>
<p>
 During an economic recession, the military will feel the pinch of it. Any military requires funds to sustain it. Most militaries get their funds from their respective national governments.
</p>
<p>
 During a recession, the government faces shortages in its budget. Many countries see negative growth. The government will be forced to cut down on their spending. Needless to say, the military is hit with the recession too. Most countries import their weapons from the few countries which manufacture weapons. Weapon procurement programs come to a standstill. Even the countries that produce weapons are affected as countries reduce their purchases of weapons.
</p>
</p>
</p>
<p>
 The military is forced to spend much lesser on training and maintenance. Lesser military exercises are conducted. Even recruitment is not encouraged very much at this time. All military spending is carefully monitored and is reduced as far as possible.
</p>
</p>
</p>
</p>
<p>
 The reader must note that this does not mean that there is a cut or a compromise in the quality or there is a complete downsizing. To many national governments, National security is a priority which cannot be ignored or compromised even at the time of an economic crisis. Only unnecessary costs are cut and effort is made to ensure the quality.
</p>
<p>
 Sometimes, an economic recession can alter the entire focus, goal and objective of the military. For example, most militaries before the recession focused on preparedness for full-fledged war. However, the recession forced most militaries to change their focus to terrorism and national security.
</p>
<p>
 Therefore, we can see that the economic crisis does have a large impact on the military. It is a feat to sustain a strong military in the absence of a strong economy.

<p>
 So what does Fox say about the coming episode of Glee? In the previous episode, we are left hanging by Kurt’s revelation that he’ll transfer to Blaine’s school. According to Fox.com, the next episode will be the sectionals and we’ll either see Kurt singing for the Wurblers or return to New Directions with a few dramatic scenes. All I can say about that it’s good for Kurt. Unless Karovsky will become an angel all of a sudden, or die, Kurt is better off staying on that good school.
</p>
<p>
 Another revelation from Fox.com is that a lot of relationships will be pretty messy except for Ms. OCD Guidance and the dentist. What can we Gleeks assume about that? We see on “Furt” that Finn haven’t revealed to Rachel that he isn’t a virgin anymore. And Tina is interested with Britney and Arty’s blooming relationship. I can only assume that these things might be put on the spotlight on the next episode.
</p>
<p>
 Aside from the hopefully very good performances next episode, these are just some of the spicy tidbits that we’ll be looking forward to the next episode. I just hope that next week come sooner.
</p>
<p>
 Happy day Gleeks and see you after Glee&#8217;s next episode!
